How do I register?
You can make an initial application online by completing the online Job Enquiry Form – available in the menu to the left, or by clicking here. This will be sent directly to a consultant in your area, who will contact you to discuss your application and where appropriate invite you in for an interview. Alternatively contact your local branch using the button at the top of the screen.

What happens after I have applied online?
You will be contacted by your local Tinies branch who will discuss your application. If you have the right qualifications and experience, then you will be asked to attend an interview with a Tinies Consultant at your local branch. You will be required to bring along a number of documents, certificates, ID and contact details. Your consultant will run through your career to date and get contact details of your previous employers, so that we can check references. You will also be required to complete a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check either before the interview or at some point thereafter. The interview is also a chance for you to tell us what you want from your next role. This will help us place you with the family or nursery school most suited to you.

How do I find out about the jobs available?
Your Tinies consultant will go through the jobs in your area with you. If you decide you want to work in more than one location your consultant can arrange to have the job lists from other branches of Tinies to be sent to you. If you wish to work overseas, then please let your Tinies consultant know and they will put you in touch with our Tinies Overseas Desk. You can register your interest in any jobs now by going to the Job Search at the top of the screen.

How does the relationship with Tinies work?
Tinies is there to help you at every stage of the recruitment process. If you have any concerns at any time please do not hesitate to get in touch with your consultant or any consultant at your local branch. It is almost guaranteed that one of the Tinies Consultants will have first hand experience of your particular concern and will be able to help/provide advice. We are there to help!

What happens after I have been placed in a job?
Tinies will contact you after you start your new position to find out how you are settling in and will keep in touch with you throughout the duration of your employment by sending you our regular newsletter and other information.
