Working in a Tinies Crèche / Kids Club

Our Crèches and Kids Club business is growing. We pay our hard working staff as much as we can afford rather than as little as we can get away with. We invest, train and develop our people.
 
We live by a simple 5 plan code:

5. We are in this together as one team and will treat each other as we would want to be treated
